KanyeWest: Kim raced back to LA after learning her husband was hospitalized

Kim Kardashian rushed back to Los Angeles from NYC as fast as she could after finding out that Kanye West was hospitalized on Nov. 21. Kim was to make her first public appearance since her robbery in October at the Angel Ball that night, but cancelled so that she could be by his side ASAP. Get all the details here.

Kim Kardashian, 36, was flying to NYC on a private jet for the Angel Ball, a gala honoring her late father Robert Kardashian, on Nov. 21. But the reality TV star IMMEDIATELY turned around and flew home to Los Angeles after she found out that her husband Kanye West, 39, had been hospitalized that same day.
This trip was a big deal for Kim, as her night at the Angel Ball was going to be her first public appearance since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris on Oct. 3. But, obviously, Kim made the decision to go back to be with Kanye in his time of need, as the rapper reportedly had to be restrained and taken to the hospital after police responded to a “welfare check call” that day at Kanye’s trainer, Harley Pasternak‘s, house.

“Kim was seen boarding a private jet to New York at around 5 a.m. LA time and had planned to make a late entrance to the gala, skipping the red carpet, to honor her father,” a source told Page Six. “But when she landed in New York, something was very wrong with Kanye, she turned around and headed straight back to LA to be at his side.” Of course she did! We’re sure Kim was dying to get right to UCLA Medical Center where Kanye is being held “under surveillance.”

“I think [Kanye]’s exhausted. Just really tired,” Kris Jenner, 61, told ET at the Angel Ball, before news of Kanye’s hospitalization came out, also offering that his tour is “grueling.” As for her daughter, Kris said Kim is, “[taking things] one step at a time.” “It’s a process,” Kris shared. We really hope that Kanye and Kim can both heal together, and soon!
